The new OZOTRES ozone generator range is specially developed for the cleaning of air flowing in ventilation ducts. Positioning behind the fan and filter allows the lamp contained in the unit to generate ozone molecules.
Ozone (O3) is one of the most powerful oxidizing agents available. Ozone does not mask odors like air fresheners, it neutralizes odors at the source and then harmlessly converts them to CO2 and oxygen. Ozone eliminates odors caused by mold and even addresses unpleasant odors from tobacco smoke or pets, for example.
The new range of OZOTRES ozone generators is specially developed for cleaning air flowing in ventilation ducts. The location behind the fan and filter allows the lamp contained in the unit to generate ozone molecules which, when emitted into the air, ensure the removal of odour-forming micro-organisms. Therefore, these generators should also be located in the air duct and not loose in the room. Care should be taken to ensure that any air that has been treated by the generator is not recirculated back into the growing environment but is vented outside.
