Apogee Instruments SQ-520 -measuring probe PAR/PPFD

The SQ-520 can be connected directly to a computer with a USB cable for real-time spot or graph and protocol PPFD (photosynthetic photon flux density = amount of PAR that a plant receives from lighting) using the included software. It can also serve as a stand-alone protocol unit by simply connecting to a standard 5 V DC USB adapter. The internal memory inside the probe has a capacity of 10,000 user-specified periodic measurements with the option of saving in CSV format.

Use

Measurement of incoming PPFD. Unlike conventional LUX meters, LED lighting can be used for measuring, in which PAR and PPFD play a crucial role!
