An air cooled shade for professional growers that serves as a means to maintain desired temperatures and reduce the distance between the lamp and plants. It can be placed between the odour filter and the exhaust fan.

Complete shade with base, E40 socket. Includes 4 mm thick glass tube and flanges made of highly durable plastic. The inner and outer shade is made of 0,8 mm sheet metal and Miro 9 surface. Light reflection 97%. Flange ⌀ 125 mm. Dimensions of the shade 125x400 mm.

The Cooltube reflector was launched by Prima Klima in 1996. It was based on the Cools-hade from England and was modified and improved accordingly. Prima Klima Cooltube is basically a BSG (borosilicate glass) tube with high light transmission. Flanges made of heat and impact resistant nylon separate the air tube from the heat of the lamp and also act as brackets for the reflector shades, made of environmentally coated aluminium (PVD). The outer reflector shades can be easily adjusted to suit the lighting requirements of the space. When the shades are removed, Cooltube can also be used to illuminate the space in 360 degrees. Because of their tunnel cooling effect, Cooltubes can be placed in close proximity to the plants to be illuminated, allowing much better use of the light output.Using the built-in lugs, Cooltubes can be easily attached. The high-quality ceramic E40 socket is suitable for HPS and MH lighting systems. A high-quality threaded cable gland ensures cable connection.
