    I recieved everything I ordered, plus an upgrade on some led lights , free of charge. The parcell took several days to get to me, but I had no dead lines and I didn’t mind a little delay regarding the 24/48 hours shipment. Every time I asked politely about my order, the staff members always replied me promptly. Only one time they skipped my email, it happened when I had been rude with them. I wrote them I was angry because after one week I didn’t get the track number of the spedition. What a fool! It just happened once though. So, my advice is to be kind and to take the waiting time easy on them. Overall: best prices I could find online, essential and effective customer service. Ciao!
